If you smell gas
Leave the building right away. Don't use light switches, phones or anything that could make a spark. Call 911 from a safe distance, then call us.
Out of propane?
Call us at 631-500-5080. When a tank runs empty, the system must be leak-checked before it's turned back on, so don't try to relight appliances yourself.
Avoid an emergency
Most no-heat calls in winter come from tanks that ran low. Automatic delivery and free smart tank monitoring help make sure your tank never gets that low.
Generators and storms
Before a winter storm, check that your standby generator tank is full. We can schedule a top-up before bad weather arrives.
